Indiana Families United for Care is governed and administered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals and family advocates with decades of combined experience in disability services, healthcare systems, education, and policy advocacy.
Our leadership brings both lived experience and professional expertise to policy development, research, and systemic reform, ensuring that families’ voices are represented in decision-making across Indiana.
Indiana Families United for Care is a family-led, data-informed advocacy organization dedicated to improving disability services and outcomes for individuals with disabilities in Indiana. We work to ensure people receiving services have access to high-quality, person-centered supports while advancing sustainable solutions for the systems that provide them.
We empower families and caregivers as advocates, amplify lived experience in policy discussions, and collaborate with organizations, policymakers, agencies, and community partners to strengthen service delivery and elevate the voices of individuals and their families. Our advocacy focuses on protecting individual choice, stabilizing the disability services workforce, and promoting policies that improve quality of life while supporting long-term system sustainability.
